Jugant a Correr Dénia for mothers and fathers

This is a healthy physical activity intended for the parents of the children who practice the activity Jugant a Córrer Dénia (read the section intended for this).

The objective is for dads and moms to have an optimal, healthy physical shape and for this, Resistance, Strength, Speed, Agility and Coordination are worked on in a very general way.

The warm-up is always done together with the children so that there is a common bond: It is time for family sports.

At the end of the session there is also usually a game for parents and children to participate together.

The activity NOT is focused on competition.

The main idea of ​​Jugant a Córrer Dénia for Adults is to take advantage of the time when the little ones are exercising to do it themselves too.

In addition, everyone does what they can. If someone cannot complete a proposed activity, rest...

Each course begins on the second Wednesday of September and ends on the last Wednesday of June. Coinciding with school hours.

The schedules established throughout the year are different to take advantage of sunlight and, on the contrary, also to avoid excessive heat in the months in which the sun is most noticeable:

Note: Although there is not 100% direct supervision of the coach as he is attentive to the children, he is attentive to any questions they may ask him. Furthermore, the sessions are methodically planned by the trainer and he supervises the tests to analyze the physical form and evolution/progression of the mothers.
