Who is Franc Beneyto?

My full name is Francisco José Beneyto Abad and I am a native of Dénia, Alicante. Born on August 4, 1966.

I was a disciple of Enrique Pascual Oliva in Soria in the 1998-1999 season, with whom I learned a lot from their training methodology applied to international athletes that trained at that time and were considered of the best in the world in their different disciplines: 800m: Roberto Parra (gold in European champion Fermín Cacho (gold, silver and bronze tnato in Olympic, World and European Games), 10,000m and Marathon: Abel Antón (gold, silver and bronze also in world and European championships).

I have been training for half -background and background runners from 1989 of all categories, from Prebenjamines to masters, both amateurs and elite. Many of them have achieved national and international medals and I feel very proud to collaborate with the Spanish Olympic Committee helping and training Olympic athletes who after professionally retreat they want to maintain a good physical and emotional form.

I have been and I am collaborator from different specialized sports magazines in the world of running: runner \, Runner's World, Nou Píndaro and two different radio programs. In Radio Marca: "Take care Runner" and "The Last Runner" and also a radio from Lima (Peru): "Damn Runner".

I have been a screenwriter and producer of the only DVD made in Spain and aimed at popular corridors (2005). Title: " 1st. DVD dedicated to the world of the corridor ".

I am in love with running but also of physical preparation in general, which is why in addition to runners and athletes I train footballers, tennis players, ... Firefighters, Civil Guard, etc.

My passion for research and performance improvement has led me to devise different concepts that are used in athletics.

  1. FBR concept (Faster & Better Runners) characterized by being sneakers with a floating heel.
  2. Prenel (Performance Enhancing Tights with Elastic Energy). They are elastic stockings (they are not compression stockings) whose objectives are to improve sports performance and help prevent tendon-muscular overload.

Other concepts of running shoes pending development in the future

Since in 2013 he had the revolutionary idea of creating the FBR concept (sneakers with floating heel) and created the most basic model, fbr noa , other designs and concepts that have not yet come to light were emerged in my restless mind.

These will be when they personally have the confidence to collaborate with a great sports brand capable of developing these technologies and also bet on the line of running fb sneakers designed to make runners enjoy new and very pleasant sensations. Even for walking.

new designs and concepts very evolved, more functional and fast shoes, and even models designed for sport geeks await us in the future:

  • Franjav concept: reduces the contact time of the ground and facilitates faster stability of the sole to the ground.
  • Laurea Concept : facilitates the combination of two types of shoes in just one: floating heel (FBR) and conventional.
  • He2lastic concept: provides greater impulse in the stride.
  • Model πlar: one more step of the Noa model that allows a total discharge of the sole to the ground before the impulse. Ideal for ultra distances.
  • model no@m
  • one rapous : Shoes with half -back and background nails
  • Game Z
  • DFP carbon fiber plate: special design to obtain a double propellant function
  • FBO fingerprint
  • horseshoe fb : Special design for runners "geeans"
  • FBR Wim : For walkers who have problems supporting the heels on the ground.
  • Pin8a concept: medisuela damping design inspired by nature.

I was active athlete from 1977 to 2013

I competed in all categories from Alevín to Masters , achieving more than 300 podiums on different distances, from the mile to the marathon.

Personal brands: 800m 1'58 "; 1,000m 2'34"; 1,500m 3'59 "; mile 4’18”; 2,000m 5:37; 3,000m 8'47 "; 5,000m 15'32"; 10,000m 32'15 "; half marathon 1h09'47"; Marathon 2H32'42 "; Course ship 15 periods/minutes

National, European and World Master Master in 800m, 1,500m, Mile en route, 3,000m, 3,000m obs. and cross

My first competition took eleven years of age. I did it in a school cross. I did not win, nor was I among the former but it hooked me totally because I had managed to dominate the rhythm and dose my effort to reach the finish line. I felt very good and powerful.

The years passed to run on my own and began to train in an organizedly and disciplined way to compete from 17 to 47 years. In 2013 I told myself "So far Franc, you already have it well ".

Since then I parked the competition but I still run in a very relaxed way between 2 and 4 days per week in order to feel healthy, physically, mentally and emotionally, because running brings me the vital balance I need. It's my mantra.

I currently combine running with cycling and maintain strength work. I consider that cross training from 45 years is highly recommended, even if the performance is sought.

What I am very clear is that all that experience of thirty years that I dedicated myself as a athlete and all that knowledge and experiences that I have acquired for almost four decades, they currently perimate me to help many runners and other athletes to fulfill their sports dreams. And I assure you that this also makes me greatly happy every day.
