For athletes with paid professional dedication. Individualized sessions adapted to the needs of the athlete according to their years of practice, experience, objectives, etc.
- Monthly planning of 6 to 12 weekly sessions, individualized and adapted to the needs of the athlete according to: Years of practice, experience, studies, work, material and facilities available, schedules, etc.
- General Strength and Specific Strength Training
- Communication: Mobile, WhatsApp or email
- 2 monthly video calls (optional)
- Training according to Methods: AS.PRO.RI.CO and Percentage of intensities
- Heart rate control and daily effort level
- Monitoring of the psychological part: Daily control of the athlete's sensations
- Review and feedback by the trainer of the training carried out monthly.
- Personal training sessions in Denia at the athlete's discretion:€50/Session (2 free sessions/month)
- Attendance at competitions: €135/day + Travel, subsistence and lodging expenses.
Amount: €250/month.
