For athletes with paid professional dedication. Individualized sessions adapted to the needs of the athlete according to their years of practice, experience, objectives, etc.

  • Monthly planning of 6 to 12 weekly sessions, individualized and adapted to the needs of the athlete according to: Years of practice, experience, studies, work, material and facilities available, schedules, etc. 
  • General Strength and Specific Strength Training
  • Communication: Mobile, WhatsApp or email
  • 2 monthly video calls (optional)
  • Training according to Methods: AS.PRO.RI.CO and Percentage of intensities
  • Heart rate control and daily effort level
  • Monitoring of the psychological part: Daily control of the athlete's sensations
  • Review and feedback by the trainer of the training carried out monthly.
  • Personal training sessions in Denia at the athlete's discretion:€50/Session (2 free sessions/month)
  • Attendance at competitions: €135/day + Travel, subsistence and lodging expenses.

 

Amount: €250/month.
