Base sport is special for athletes that begin and/or have as main objective maintain an optimal state of health . It is also ideal to complement and improve the physical condition to practice other sports.

- 1 voluntary face -to -face training session a week in Dénia: Monday or Wednesday afternoon.
- General Force Training .

- monthly performance test to analyze progression.
- Training according to method: as.pro.ri.co .
- heart rate control and daily effort level .
- Competitions are scheduled if the athlete competes
- review and feedback by the coach of the training carried out monthly.
