Base Sport
Basic Sport is special for athletes who are starting out and/or whose main goal is to have a good state of health. It is also ideal to complement and improve physical condition to practice other sports.
What does it consist of?
- Monthly planning of 3 to 4 weekly sessions, individualized and adapted to the needs of the athlete according to: Years of practice, experience, studies, work, material and facilities available, schedules...
- 1 voluntary in-person training session per week in Dénia: Monday or Wednesday afternoon.
- General Strength Training.
- Communication: Mobile, WhatsApp or email.
- Monthly performance test to analyze progression.
- Training according to Method: AS.PRO.RI.CO.
- Heart rate control and daily effort level.
- Competitions are scheduled if the athlete competes
- Review and feedback by the trainer of the training carried out monthly.
