Base sport

Base sport is special for athletes that begin and/or have as main objective maintain an optimal state of health . It is also ideal to complement and improve the physical condition to practice other sports.

What is it?

  • Monthly planning of 3 to 4 weekly sessions, individualized and adapted to the needs of the athlete according to: years of practice, experience, studies, work, material and materials available, schedules ...
  • 1 voluntary face -to -face training session a week in Dénia: Monday or Wednesday afternoon.
  • General Force Training .
  • communication: mobile, whatsapp or email .
  • monthly performance test to analyze progression.
  • Training according to method: as.pro.ri.co .
  • heart rate control and daily effort level .
  • Competitions are scheduled if the athlete competes
  • review and feedback by the coach of the training carried out monthly.
