Base Sport

Basic Sport is special for athletes who are starting out and/or whose main goal is to have a good state of health. It is also ideal to complement and improve physical condition to practice other sports.

What does it consist of?

  • Monthly planning of 3 to 4 weekly sessions, individualized and adapted to the needs of the athlete according to: Years of practice, experience, studies, work, material and facilities available, schedules...
  • 1 voluntary in-person training session per week in Dénia: Monday or Wednesday afternoon.
  • General Strength Training.
  • Communication: Mobile, WhatsApp or email.
  • Monthly performance test to analyze progression.
  • Training according to Method: AS.PRO.RI.CO.
  • Heart rate control and daily effort level.
  • Competitions are scheduled if the athlete competes
  • Review and feedback by the trainer of the training carried out monthly.
