Base Sport

Basic Sport is special for athletes who are starting out and/or whose main objective is to maintain an optimal state of health. It is also ideal to complement and improve physical condition to practice other sports.

What does it consist of?

  • Monthly planning of 3 to 4 weekly sessions, individualized and adapted to the needs of the athlete according to: Sports level, years of practice, experience, studies, work, available material and facilities, schedules, etc.
  • Possibility of two in-person (voluntary) training sessions per week in Dénia: Monday and Wednesday afternoons
  • General Strength Training.
  • Communication: Mobile, WhatsApp or email.
  • Monthly performance test to analyze progression.
  • Training according to Method: AS.PRO.RI.COand Percentage of intensities.
  • Heart rate control and daily effort level.
  • Monitoring at a psychological level: Daily comments on the athlete's sensations.
  • Competitions are scheduled if the athlete competes
  • Review and feedback by the trainer of the training carried out monthly.

 

Amount: €65/month.
