Competition
For athletes and sportsmen who are looking for important sporting performance intended for competition or for overcome physical opposition tests to different state bodies.
What does it consist of?
- Monthly planning of 5 to 8 weekly sessions, individualized and adapted to the needs of the athlete according to: Years of practice, experience, studies, work, material and facilities available, schedules, etc.
- 2 voluntary in-person training sessions per week in Dénia: Monday and Wednesday afternoon.
- Training of General Strength and Specific Strength.
- Communication: Mobile, WhatsApp or email.
- 1 monthly video call (optional).
- Training according to Methods: AS.PRO.RI.CO and Percentage of intensities.
- Control of daily heart rate and level of effort.
- Monitoring of the psychological part: Daily comments on the athlete's sensations.
- Review and feedback by the trainer of the training carried out monthly.
Amount: €95/month.
