  • 2 face -to -face training sessions volunteers per week in Dénia: Monday and Wednesday afternoon.
  • general force training and specific force .
  • communication : mobile, whatsapp or email.
  • 1 monthly video-called (optional).
  • Training according to methods: As.pro.ri.co and percentage of intensities.
  • Control of the heart rate and effort level daily.
  • follow -up of the psychological part : daily comments from the athlete's sensations.
  • review and feedback by the coach of the training carried out monthly.
