Our youngest FBR athletes are getting their act together
Yesterday, Monday, our young promises of 11 and 12 years old did a good 800m test on the track in our city, in Denia.
Although their training obviously does not yet have the demands of adults, they are doing what I call pre-athletics, where they begin to know what it means to be disciplined and to follow the FBR method as a learning experience.
The combination of aerobic work, general strength, the introduction of anaerobic work in limited doses and running technique are the foundations that lay the foundation for proper progression.
They enjoy running and I enjoy seeing them grow through sports practice and their values, also fostering good ties of friendship.
We continue to enjoy, we continue to grow
