Miguel Molines senior runner-up of the Cross Baix Montgó and Ismael Guirao 3rd DC in Abarán

Yesterday Sunday in the demanding 12Km Cross Baix Montgó, always starting in Xabia and finishing in Jesús Pobre, the young Dianense Miguel Molines was second senior and fifth in the general classification, marking a very good record of 47:20 (3'57”/Km).

Going below 4'00”/Km on this circuit is not easy, in fact only seven athletes managed it which indicates how complicated it is, with demanding uphill slopes, dirt sections, river boulders,…. Anyway, Miguel showed that he is getting in very good shape.

Congratulations crack!!

The Dianenses Pedro Cabrera and Araceli Chornet also participated but in a training plan.

For his part in Abarán (Murcia) and also on a complicated 9.6Km circuit, Ismael Guirao from Cieza achieved third place in Various Capacities, setting a time of 41:00 (4' 14”/Km).

We did not have her with us because she is taking antibiotics to correct a medical issue, and we already know that with them her physical fitness is reduced. That's why we had set ourselves to do the race at a pace of around 4'20"/4'30", but fortunately he felt better than expected and hence his best pace achieved.

How great you are Ismael, a born fighter!!

In Rafaelbunyol my nephew Pau E. Sancho Beneyto competed in a 5K achieving a time of 19:25 (3'53"/Km).

Very good Pau!!!

Always proud of everyone
