Individual or group sessions

These are sessions of between 60' and 90' of physical exercise where Franc Beneyto guides the athlete(s) so that they are in optimal shape or to practice a sport at a very good physical level, working on resistance, speed, power, coordination, flexibility, strength,...

Also ideal for state body opponents where you want to learn the technique of a specific exercise. For example, agility circuit or long jump, running technique,...

The objectives to be achieved, times and place to carry out the session/s are always established in agreement between the athlete/s and Franc Beneyto.

10% discount if you book a minimum of four sessions per month

Note: For sports clubs, prices and schedules will be agreed upon according to the coach's availability and the level of the team or club to be physically trained will be taken into account
