Individual or group sessions
These are sessions of between 60' and 90' of physical exercise where Franc Beneyto guides the athlete/s so that they are in optimal shape or to practice a sport at a very good level. Physically working on resistance, speed, power, coordination, flexibility, strength,….
Also ideal for state body opponents where you want to learn the technique of a specific exercise. For example agility circuit or long jump.
The objectives to be achieved, times and place to carry out the session/s are established by agreement between the athlete/s and Franc Beneyto.

Note: For sports clubs, prices and schedules will be agreed according to the availability of the coach and the level of the team or club to be physically trained
